Miraflores IV is a secure gated community of 24 buildings each comprising of a mixture 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.
Set in beautiful tropical gardens with 2 communial swimming pools that give ample room for the residents to swim or just rest and relax around the pools in a tranquil atmosphere.
The properties are privately owned with a mixture of English,Spanish and Scandanavian owners. A couple of apartments are rentable to the public but the rest are solely used as holiday homes by the owners.
The community is very peaceful throughout the year although understandably can be more busy during the summer months.
